Landscape Analysis of Data Job Market in Indonesia
Analyzed hiring trends for Data Analyst and Data Scientist roles using job postings scraped from Glints and Jobstreet. Performed data cleaning and EDA to identify job volume trends, location distribution, required skills, and salary patterns.
Outcome: Identified hiring demand trends, key skills, and salary patterns to support workforce planning insights.
Garment Productivity Prediction System
Developed ML model to predict daily employee productivity using operational garment data. Conducted feature engineering, trained multiple ML models and evaluated using MAE, RMSE, and R².
Outcome: Enabled early productivity prediction to support operational planning and workforce optimization.
BBCA Stock Price Prediction Using Time Series
Built time series forecasting model for BBCA closing prices using ARIMA/SARIMA, Prophet, and LSTM. Conducted preprocessing, stationarity checks, and error evaluation using RMSE and MAPE.
Outcome: Compared multiple time-series models to evaluate forecasting accuracy and volatility behavior.
